精品文档---下载后可任意编辑β-成核 PP 回收 PET 结晶性能讨论的开题报告摘要:本文基于 β-成核剂对 PET 结晶性能的影响,讨论回收 PET 中加入β-成核剂对 PET 结晶性能的影响,主要包括结晶温度、结晶速率和结晶度等方面的讨论。从实验结果来看,回收 PET 中加入不同的 β-成核剂可以显著提高其结晶性能。在结晶温度方面,随着 β-成核剂添加量的增加,PET 的结晶温度明显降低。在结晶速率方面,PET 的结晶速率随着 β-成核剂添加量的增加而增加。在结晶度方面,PET 的结晶度也随着 β-成核剂添加量的增加而增加。这些结果表明,加入适量的 β-成核剂可以显著提高回收 PET 的结晶性能,有助于提高其加工性能和产品质量。关键词:β-成核剂;PET;结晶性能;回收Abstract:Based on the influence of β-nucleating agent on PET crystallization performance, this paper studies the effect of adding β-nucleating agent on PET crystallization performance in recycling PET, mainly including the research on crystallization temperature, crystallization rate and crystallinity.From the experimental results, it can be seen that adding different β-nucleating agents to recycled PET can significantly improve its crystallization performance. In terms of crystallization temperature, the crystallization temperature of PET decreases significantly with the increase of β-nucleating agent addition. In terms of crystallization rate, the crystallization rate of PET increases with the increase of β-nucleating agent addition. In terms of crystallinity, the crystallinity of PET also increases with the increase of β-nucleating agent addition.These results indicate that adding an appropriate amount of β-nucleating agent can significantly improve the crystallization performance of recycled PET, which helps to improve its processing performance and product quality.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Keywords: β-nucleating agent; PET; crystallization performance; recycling.
