However, power amplifiers have defects such as poor linearity and poor power efficiency, which seriously affect the performance of the system. Pre-distortion adaptive linearization bias circuit is one of the effective methods to achieve high-performance power amplifiers. In this paper, a power amplifier with controllable pre-distortion adaptive linearization bias circuit is proposed. The input signal is divided into DC component and high-frequency component by using differential signal, and then biased and amplified, and then linearization compensation is performed by using controllable pre-distortion circuit at the output end. Simulation results show that the proposed power amplifier has excellent linearity and power efficiency, and is suitable for a series of wireless communication applications.Keywords: Power Amplifier, Pre-distortion, Adaptive Linearization, Bias Circuit, Controllable
