The study used a questionnaire survey method and collected 207 valid questionnaires. The results showed that psychological insulin resistance was common among general practitioners in Shanghai, with female doctors being more common than male doctors. In addition, factors such as doctor's title, years of work, and work pressure also have a certain impact on psychological insulin resistance. Finally, this study proposed countermeasures to improve the mental health of doctors, including conducting psychological health education, improving the working environment, and formulating scientific work plans.Keywords: Shanghai; general practitioners; psychological insulin resistance; influencing factors; countermeasures
