By feeding Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens in different growth periods, color, pH, moisture content, fat content and nutritional content were measured. The results showed that feeding Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens could improve the muscle quality of AA broiler chickens, and had better feeding effect in early and middle stages of growth. In conclusion, reasonable feeding of Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens can improve the nutritional value and economic benefits of AA broiler chickens.Keywords: AA broiler chicken; Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens; muscle quality; growth period
