Surgical removal of the adrenal gland is a common treatment for this disease. Patients need hormone replacement therapy after surgery. This paper compares the application of two commonly used oral hormones in hormone replacement therapy after surgery for Cushing's syndrome. The literature review and data statistics methods were used to analyze the differences in pharmacological effects, therapeutic effects, adverse reactions, and tolerance of the two hormones. The results showed that both hormones can achieve good therapeutic effects in hormone replacement therapy. However, the adverse reactions of one hormone are more significant, while the other hormone has better tolerance and bioavailability. Therefore, when choosing hormone replacement therapy, the advantages and disadvantages of different hormones need to be considered comprehensively to achieve the best therapeutic effect.Keywords: Cushing's syndrome, hormone replacement therapy, oral hormone, pharmacological effect, adverse reaction
