This study aims to investigate the translation of terminologies and sentences in Chinese pulse diagnosis to bridge the gap between the Chinese and English language and improve cross-cultural communication.Objectives:1. To identify key terminologies and sentences in Chinese pulse diagnosis.2. To examine the current English translation of Chinese pulse diagnosis terminologies and sentences.3. To evaluate the accuracy and consistency of existing English translations of Chinese pulse diagnosis terminologies and sentences.4. To provide suggestions for improved translations of Chinese pulse diagnosis terminologies and sentences.Methodology:This study will adopt a qualitative research approach. Firstly, the primary source will collect the key terminologies and sentences in Chinese pulse diagnosis from TCM textbooks, journals, and online resources. Then, the existing translations of these terms and sentences will be gathered and compared. By comparing and analyzing various translations, the accuracy and consistency of the existing translations will be evaluated.
