Firstly, a preliminary classification system is established by observing and analyzing the characteristics, morphological structure, and ecological habits of Fish Yang genus fishes. Secondly, the history of the genus fishes' systematic classification is further studied and revised by DNA molecular biology methods. The results show that the classification of Fish Yang genus fishes involves multiple aspects, including morphological characteristics, common species, and ecological environment, which have been partly confirmed by molecular biology.
