精品文档---下载后可任意编辑中国当代教育资源分配政策正当性讨论中期报告【摘要】本讨论旨在探讨中国当代教育资源分配政策的正当性问题。通过对相关文献的梳理和政策文件的分析,本讨论认为,中国当代教育资源分配政策存在着一些正当性问题,主要表现在以下三个方面:一是教育资源分配缺乏公平性,表现为城乡之间、不同地区之间、不同家庭之间存在较大的教育资源差异;二是教育资源分配缺乏可操作性,政策制定与实施之间存在较大的落差;三是教育资源分配缺乏合理性,政策制定过程缺乏广泛的参加和透明性,导致政策缺乏合理性。【关键词】中国;教育资源;分配政策;正当性;公平性;可操作性;合理性【Abstract】This study aims to explore the legitimacy issues of China's contemporary education resource allocation policies. Through the review of relevant literature and analysis of policy documents, this study believes that there are legitimacy problems in China's contemporary education resource allocation policies, mainly manifested in the following three aspects: first, the lack of fairness in education resource allocation, which is manifested in the large differences in education resources between urban and rural areas, different regions, and different families. Second, the lack of operability in education resource allocation policies, with a significant gap between policy making and implementation. Third, the lack of rationality in education resource allocation policies, with a lack of broad participation and transparency in the policy making process leading to policy irrationality.【Keywords】China; education resources; distribution policy; legitimacy; fairness; operability; rationality
