精品文档---下载后可任意编辑中小企业融资影响因素实证讨论——以中小企业板上市公司为例中期报告摘要：本文以在中小企业板上市的中小企业为讨论对象，应用多元回归模型，对影响中小企业融资的因素进行了实证讨论。讨论发现，中小企业的规模、资产负债比、营业收入、净利润、担保比率、资产质量、市场占有率等因素显著影响融资。其中，营业收入和净利润对融资的影响最大，资产负债比和担保比率对融资的影响次之，规模、资产质量和市场占有率对融资的影响较小。讨论表明，财务状况、经营能力和市场影响力是中小企业融资的主要影响因素，企业在进展过程中需密切关注这些因素，以提高融资效率和融资能力。关键词：中小企业；融资；影响因素；实证讨论Abstract:Taking the small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the small and medium-sized enterprise board as the research object, this paper uses multiple regression model to conduct empirical research on the factors that affect the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. The study found that the size, asset-liability ratio, operating income, net profit, guarantee ratio, asset quality, market share and other factors of small and medium-sized enterprises have a significant impact on financing. Among them, operating income and net profit have the greatest impact on financing, followed by asset-liability ratio and guarantee ratio, and the impact of size, asset quality and market share on financing is relatively small. The research shows that financial situation, operation ability and market influence are the main factors affecting the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. Enterprises need to pay close attention to these factors in the development process in order to improve financing efficiency and financing capacity.Keywords: small and medium-sized enterprises; financing; influencing factors; empirical study
