The structure of the pump is composed of multiple labyrinth screw pumps connected in series. It can better meet the fluid needs under different working conditions, and has higher efficiency and reliability. The important parameters such as flow field distribution and pressure distribution of the pump were obtained by numerical simulation based on finite element method computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The performance of the pump under different operating conditions was further analyzed, including lift, efficiency and other indicators, and compared with traditional single labyrinth screw pumps.
