This article takes CPIC Property Insurance Xiamen Branch as the research object, and designs and implements a process monitoring and business warning system. In order to adapt to different user needs, the system adopts modular and scalable design. Among them, the process monitoring module is mainly used to monitor the business process of the insurance company, solve the bottleneck problem and the problem of non-standard process in the business process; the business warning module is mainly used to warn the operating status of the insurance company, timely find risks and take corresponding measures.
