精品文档---下载后可任意编辑伤科熏洗汤熏洗治疗足跟痛的临床疗效观察的开题报告【摘要】目的：评价伤科熏洗汤熏洗治疗足跟痛的临床疗效。方法：随机选取 120 名患有足跟痛的患者，均分为治疗组和对比组。治疗组进行伤科熏洗汤熏洗，对比组进行常规治疗。治疗过程为两周。比较两组患者的痛苦缓解、生活质量及治疗期间的不良反应。结果：治疗组在痛苦缓解、生活质量等方面显著优于对比组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而且治疗组不良反应发生率较低。结论：伤科熏洗汤熏洗是治疗足跟痛一种安全、有效的方法，可以缓解痛苦和改善生活质量，值得推广应用。【关键词】伤科熏洗汤熏洗；足跟痛；疗效观察【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of heel pain. Methods: A total of 120 patients with heel pain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, and the control group received conventional treatment. The treatment process lasted for two weeks. The pain relief, quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during the treatment period were compared. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in pain relief, quality of life and other aspects, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is a safe and effective method for treating heel pain.
