精品文档---下载后可任意编辑银杏叶提取物对有遗传过敏倾向脐血 Th1Th2 免疫状态的影响的开题报告摘要:本讨论旨在探究银杏叶提取物对有遗传过敏倾向脐血 Th1Th2 免疫状态的影响。采纳随机对比实验设计,将 114 例新生儿分为观察组和对比组,观察组在出生后 24 小时内口服银杏叶提取物,对比组不口服。检测两组新生儿脐血中 IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10 的水平,并比较两组之间的差异。结果显示,观察组新生儿脐血中 IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10 的水平均高于对比组,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。通过本次讨论,我们认为银杏叶提取物可能具有调节脐血 Th1/Th2 免疫状态的作用,可以作为预防新生儿过敏性疾病的一种新途径。关键词:银杏叶提取物; Th1/Th2;新生儿;过敏性疾病Abstract:This study is to investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on the Th1Th2 immune status of neonatal cord blood with genetic allergy tendency. A randomized controlled trial design was used, and 114 newborns were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group received Ginkgo biloba extract orally within 24 hours after birth, while the control group did not. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 in cord blood of two groups were detected, and the differences between the two groups were compared. The results showed that the levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, and IL-10 in the cord blood of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Through this study, we believe that Ginkgo biloba extract may have the effect of regulating the Th1/Th2 immune status of cord blood, which can be used as a new approach to prevent allergic diseases in newborns.Keywords: Ginkgo biloba extract; Th1/Th2; newborn; allergic diseases.
