In this study, experimental methods will be used to study the process performance of water-based disappearing mold coatings for casting steel. First, the composition, formulation and properties of the coatings will be analyzed, and the coatings will be prepared. Secondly, the performance of the coatings will be evaluated by methods such as rheological testing, curing time testing and adhesion testing. Finally, disappearing mold casting tests will be conducted to verify the process performance of the coatings.
