This paper will study the magnetic and electronic transport properties of germanium-based magnetic semiconductors and their heterojunctions, including the following aspects: 1) synthesis and characterization of germanium-based magnetic semiconductor materials; 2) study of the magnetic properties of materials, including ferromagnetism and spin polarization properties; 3) exploration of the electronic transport properties of materials, including carrier concentration, mobility, and magnetoresistance; 4) study of the magnetic and electronic transport properties of germanium-based magnetic semiconductor heterojunctions with other materials, and explore their potential applications.Keywords: Germanium-based magnetic semiconductor; magnetism; electronic transport; heterojunction; potential application.
