With the continuous development of agricultural production, the long-term effects of fertilization on the quantity and characteristics of humus in black soil have attracted more and more attention. Based on this, this paper aims to explore the impact of long-term fertilization on humus in black soil, in order to provide theoretical reference for the effective use and protection of black soil resources.This article first introduces the formation, distribution and characteristics of black soil, and focuses on the role and characteristics of humus in black soil. Then, the influence of fertilization on the quantity and physicochemical properties of humus in black soil is discussed, and the influence rules of fertilization type, amount, and time on humus are analyzed.
