Through literature review, the relevant theories and measurement methods of customer satisfaction, as well as the types and factors of post-purchase behavior are analyzed. Then, questionnaire survey is conducted to collect data from customers of leisure tourism services in Changsha city, and data analysis and empirical research are conducted through SPSS software. The study found that there was a significant positive correlation between satisfaction and repeat purchases, word-of-mouth communication, and complaint behavior. At the same time, it was found that service quality, response speed, price and other factors have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and post-purchase behavior. Finally, relevant suggestions are proposed from theoretical and practical perspectives to improve the quality and satisfaction of leisure tourism services in Changsha city.Keywords: customer satisfaction; post-purchase behavior; leisure tourism services in Changsha city; empirical research
