This project will conduct finite element analysis on the boom of high-altitude work vehicles, explore its mechanical characteristics, and design a leveling system to solve the actual unstable situation.This project will first introduce the background and application of high-altitude work vehicles, and then perform finite element modeling, including setting loads and boundary conditions, and calculation analysis methods. Then, the stress and strain distribution of the boom of the high-altitude work vehicle will be obtained through finite element analysis to evaluate its stress situation.Then, the leveling system will be designed, including horizontal and vertical adjustments. Its stability and reliability will be analyzed by numerical simulation, as well as its impact on the entire system.
