The aim of this study was to optimize the production conditions of mousey glycolipid and investigate its effects on microbe enzyme production in liquid fermentation. The L9(3^4) orthogonal test was performed to screen the optimal fermentation conditions, and enzyme activity measurement and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the microbe enzyme production. The results showed that under the optimized production conditions, the yield of mousey glycolipid was 2.35 g/L, which increased by 44.9% compared to the non-optimized condition. Meanwhile, the optimized mousey glycolipid could promote the improvement of microbe enzyme activity, and help the formation of cell surface biofilm, thereby improving the adaptability of microbes to the external environment. This study provides important references for the optimization of mousey glycolipid production and experimental basis for exploring the application of mousey glycolipid in microbial enzyme preparations.Keywords: Mousey glycolipid; production condition optimization; microbe enzyme; biological surfactant; liquid fermentation.
