摘 要在机械加工中,车床是用得最为广泛的机械加工工具。作为重要的车削加工机床,CA6140 机床广泛的应用于机械加工行业中,本文是设计 CA6140 车床刀架上部零件加工工艺规程及精车专用夹具的设计,其内容包括:零件的作用、零件的工艺分析、定位基准的选择、工艺路线的制定、切削用量及基本时间、辅助时间确定和夹具设计等,系统地体现所学过的知识。机床夹具可分为通用夹具、专用夹具、可调夹具、组合夹具和自动线夹具等。机床夹具的构造可概括为定位元件、夹紧装置、夹详细、对刀或导向装置连接元件、其他装置或元件等[3]。在机械加工中,分为粗加工和精加工,对于某些规定高的零件,必须进行精加工,在精车专用夹具中,根据工件的质量比较均匀的特点采用了定心和定位夹紧,使定位误差很小,完全可以满足加工精度规定。关键词: 刀架;工艺设计;精车夹具;定位误差ABSTRACT In mechanical processing, the lathe is used most widely for machining tool.
