精品文档---下载后可任意编辑世纪龙城工程的可行性讨论摘 要本论文为房地产工程的可行性讨论。可行性讨论对于一个投资巨大的建设工程来说是十分必要的。本文运用科学的手段,站在客观、公正的角度上,通过对国家、陕西省、西安市经济状况及房地产市场的分析,结合工程的具体情况,提出本工程的方案,包括工程建设的 SWOT 分析,市场定位,规划设计方案,开发进度安排,市场营销策略,总投资估算和资金筹措。然后运用工程经济的评价方法,对方案进行财务评价,包括对方案的盈利能力、清偿能力、抗风险能力进行全面分析,最后得出本方案的综合评价与建议。关键词:房地产,可行性讨论,财务评价AbstractThis thesis is the Facility Study of Real estate. To an large construction investment, the Facility Study is very important and essential.By the method of science, standing at an objective and impartial viewment, from the analysis to the circumstance of macro-economics of Nation, Shaanxi province and Xi'an, adding the detail circumstance of the project, this thesis proposes a detail plan to this project.Including the SWOT Analysis of the project, Marketing Prositon, the Plan of design, the Schedule of Development, the Stratege of Marketing Promotion, the Investment estimate and the funds collection. Then,make a total financial evaluation with Engineering Economic method to this plan. Including the ability of Earnings,Pay the loans and Defying the ventures.
