精品文档---下载后可任意编辑产权管制放松与制度绩效变迁——来自广东经济非均衡转轨的证据何一鸣〔华南农业大学经济管理学院，510642，广州、五山〕内容摘要 过去大量的讨论强调政策、区域、禀赋等对广东经济转轨绩效的影响。从产权管制放松的角度出发，本文构建了一个简单的博弈论模型，旨在分析广东政府放松对资源配置权利的管制对经济转轨产生的制度效应。借助经济计量的实证方法，本文证明，广东各级地方政府放松对资源配置权利的管制，大幅节约了租金耗散，并衍生出更多给予经济个体发挥比拟优势的获利空间，市场范围的扩展从而促进地区经济均衡转轨。本文对于理解广东经济转轨问题提供了一个新的视角和框架，它尤其有助于揭示产权管制放松与经济绩效变迁二者之间的内在机理和制度逻辑。关键词 产权管制 制度绩效 经济转轨 均衡开展Deregulation of Property Rights and Institutional Performance Change:An Empirical Study on Non-Equilibrium Economic Transition in the Guangdong ProvinceHE Yi-ming 〔South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou 510642〕Abstract: Previous studies focused on the effects of policy, region and endowment on economic transition performance on the Guangdong Province. From the angle of deregulation of property rights, this paper builds a game theory model to explore the institutional effects of local government’s deregulation of property rights on allocation of resource on the economic performance in Guangdong. Based on the econometric method, it proves that deregulation of property rights reduces rent of dissipation, and then creates much room for economic individual to reward and develop.
