毕业设计说明书学生姓名： 吴蒙 学 号： 20241181 学 院： 机电工程学院 专业年级： 08 级材控一班 题 目： 比亚迪 E6 胶框注塑模创新设 指导老师： 吴庆定教授 评阅老师： 胡泽豪教授 2024 年 5 月摘 要该课题从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型局部的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计。通过整个设计过程说明该模具能够到达此塑件所要求的加工工艺。也就是设计一副注塑模具来生产比亚迪 E6 胶框塑件产品，以实现自动化提高产量。针比照亚迪 E6 胶框的具体结构，该模具是侧浇口的单分型面注射模具。通过模具设计说明该模具能到达比亚迪 E6 胶框的质量和加工工艺要求。 关键词：一模两腔；注塑模；模具设计；比亚迪 E6 胶框。 Title The design of injection molding for BYD the Byd E6 plastic box AbstractThrough the entire design process, show that the mold can be achieved in this plastic parts required for processing.
