So staff encouragement is one of the important methods which often be used in Human Resource Management. What’s more, to some extent, this method also related to the sustainable development of hotel. This paper took Howard JohnsonTuha petroleum turpan hotel for an example, based on the principle of staff encouragement and questionnaire method, the author tries to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of staff encouragement when it be used in hotel management.
