摘 要目前我国在进行大规模物流规划与建设的情况下，结合自身实际情况，探究现代企业物流的规划与运作不仅具有十分重要的意义，而且也是一项迫在眉睫的任务。本文的论题正是在这一时代潮流的趋势下提出的。配送中心,作为物流网络的节点,其重要性毋庸置疑。对其选址问题要综合考虑。本文首先阐述了配送中心选址国内外的讨论现状，之后对配送中心选址进行了理论的讨论，对配送中心的影响因素、选址原则进行了详细的阐述。本文以沃尔玛超市为实例，在配送中心选址讨论方法的基础上，通过对影响选址的相关因素进行分析，采纳模糊综合评价法的方式对选址结果进行了优化与评价，最后对讨论的内容作出总结，并对论文课题作出了展望。关键词：配送中心，选址，重心法，模糊综合因素评价法AbstractIn the current situation in which China conduct large-scale logistics planning and construction, and combined with enterprises’ own actual situation, exploring the planning and operation of modern logistics enterprises is not only an urgent task, but also has great ,The topic of this paper is put forward in the background of this trend of the times.The importance of distribution center which is logistics network node is beyond all , its site selection should be considered comprehensively.
