上海某分布式供能站给排水与消防设计解析摘要： 笔者通过总结在上海某分布式供能站给排水及消防设计中的要点和难点，探讨了针对分布式能源中心给排水设计的一些疑问和解决方法。本项目按全过程按国家绿色三星标准设计,并综合利用了 CFD 模拟软件、BIM 模型为设计提供技术支撑，也为类似项目的设计以及相关法律规范的制订与修编，提供案例参考和数据支持.关键词：独立式分布式能源中心 CFD BIM 绿色三星标识Study on Plumbing and Firefighting Design of a Regional Independent Energy Station in ShanghaiZhang LiangEast China Architectural Design ＆ Research Institute， Shanghai 200002Abstract： In the result of plumbing and firefighting design in regional independent energy station in shanghai , there are some key points in the similar projects。 The project is based on the standards of three—star—grade green building， and it is one successful case of using the CFD and BIM technology to provide technical support in the whole design process。 It can also provide a good case for the codes for design of independent energy station.Keywords ： regional independent energy station CFD BIM three-star—grade green building 0 项目背景随着我国经济的持续进展，能源消费总量不断增加,能源问题已经成为制约我国经济和社会进展的重要因素。为应对能源与环境、资源以及气候变化的挑战，我国政府提出了多元化、清洁化和高效化的能源进展战略，进展低碳经济和转变经济增长方式已成为我国实现科学进展的必定要求。国家在“十二五”规划中明确提出节能减排的目标，随后国务院印发《“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案》[1],把进展分布式能源列为节能减排的一项重要措施。分布式供能比较传统的供能有如下优势：①节能减排--节能 20％以上，减排温室气体 40％以上;② 一般随用户上下班起停,对电网具有调峰作用，能够减小电网峰谷差;③ 可以布置在建筑物的地下室和屋顶，有利于节约城市土地资源；④提高用户的供电可靠性；⑤夏季能够协调天然气和电力的平衡供应，优化能源系统的运行.本项目为上海浦东某新建区域分布式供能项目，为独立式站房。整个能源中心占地约 6100 平米...
