基于PLC的花样喷泉控制系统设计

基于 PLC 的花样喷泉控制系统设计基于 PLC 的花样喷泉设计摘要针对传统的喷泉控制系统一旦设计好控制电路,就不能随意改变喷水花样及喷水时间等问题，本设计结合西门子 S7-200 可编程控制器设计能适应不同季节、不同场合的喷水要求目的的花样喷泉系统.花样喷泉控制系统的主要任务就是改变喷泉的喷水样式，以达到有规律的改变喷泉喷水样式的目的。按下启动按钮，喷泉装置开始工作,按下停止按钮，喷泉控制装置停止工作.喷泉工作方式由花样选择开关和单步∕连续开关决定.当单步∕连续开关选择单步时，喷泉只能根据花样选择开关设定的方式，运行一个循环；当单步∕连续开关选择连续时，喷泉根据花样选择开关设定的方式，运行多个循环，直至按下停止按钮。花样循环方式选择开关用于选择喷泉的喷水花样，本文设计四种喷水花样循环。PLC 控制系统体积小、功能强、可靠性高，且具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性的特点.用 PLC 花样喷泉控制系统，不但实现了自动转换花样喷泉的喷水样式,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性,而且,美化了我们的生活环境,使我们的生活环境更加安逸、舒适.因此 PLC 控制系统具有一定的工程应用和推广价值.关键词:喷泉，PLC 控制，花样喷泉系统The pattern design based on PLC fountainAbstractIn traditional fountain control system design good control circuit， once can’t change pattern and water spraying time such issues， the design with Siemens s7-200 PLC design can adapt to different season, different occasions of hydraulic requirements the pattern of the fountain system purpose.
