浅谈国际工程项目商务管理摘要:近年来,我国与亚非拉国家建立了多方合作关系，其中建筑领域的合作更是不计其数，国际工程也越来越多.经过多年的探究与努力，我国已经从实践中取得了很多宝贵的国际工程工作经验。在国际工程中正确科学的进行商务管理是成功的关键因素.合同是工程施工的基础，一切活动的发生都应与合同为依据，合同的恰当管理是商务管理的核心和重点.商务管理人员在进行合同管理分析的基础上,为工程现场实施情况搜集证据制定对策,对工程产生的额外工程和不利风险进行及时的记录和分析，以为后续的索赔工作提供证据支持.关键词：国际工程；商务管理；合同管理；索赔;风险;对策Abstract:During the recent years ，our country has built mutual cooperation relationships with Asia，Africa and Latin America. The cooperation in the construction field is countless ,there are more and more international projects。Our country has gained much valuable international experience from the practices of the international projects.
