论现场保护【摘要】现场保护是指犯罪案件发生后，为保持案件现场发案时的原始状态，防止有人为、自然因素导致现场的变化或破坏而采取的一系列对现场保护的措施。保护好犯罪现场有利于保护好犯罪现场的重要证据、痕迹的不必要丢失；也有利于分析犯罪嫌疑人的作案习惯以及特征。便于警察进行排查以及对犯罪嫌疑人进行抓捕。现场保护是现场勘查的前提和基础，是案件侦破的重要保障。【关键词】现场；变化；保护Abstract：The site protection is refers to the crime happens, to keep the scene when both the original state, to prevent someone to, natural factors lead to the change or destroy and take a series of measures for protection of the scene. The protection of the crime scene is conducive to the protection of the important evidence of the crime scene, the unnecessary loss of traces; It is also helpful to analyze the crime suspects' criminal behavior and characteristics. It is convenient for police to conduct investigation and arrest of suspects.
