房地产电子商务风险控制研究 摘 要房地产电子商务是房地产行业充分发挥电子商务的优势在互联网上来进行综合性销售，房地产企业借助数字化信息技术手段来解决潜在客户的购买需求，依消费者的习性和喜好供给个性化的产品与服务，尽量便捷、迅速地成交且将该产物即时交付给客户。尽管房地产电子商务可以带给人们很多的好处，然而它也存在很多的交易风险。本文将房地产电子商务风险分为交易前风险、交易中风险、交易后风险这三部分来进行分析，然后分别给出了控制交易前风险、交易中风险、交易后风险的详细措施，目的是降低顾客遭受房地产电子商务交易的风险。关键词：房地产电子商务；交易风险；风险控制AbstractReal estate e-commerce is the real estate industry full play to the advantages of electronic commerce in the Internet up comprehensive sales, real estate enterprises with the help of digital information technology to meet the needs of potential customers to purchase, according to consumer habits and preferences to supply personalized products and services, as far as possible convenient, clinch a deal quickly and the product will be immediately delivered to the customer.
