Application of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging in alzheimer’s disease[Abstract] Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease , which can easily occur in elderly people. The cognitive impairment is an important marker of AD, advanced AD patients will lose the ability to take care of themselves, which has a serious impact on family even society. Therefore, it has received extensive attention. Diffusion tensor imaging can provide the information about microstructure changes in patients with AD, and it make for studying the pathogenic mechanism of AD.
