咨询公司财务外包分析 —— 以华普绩效管理咨询公司为例 摘 要随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展，各种企业也如雨后春笋班崛起，极大地推动了我国社会主义经济的发展。与此同时，由于这些中小企业的财务分析能力不高，因此就出现了财务外包公司。近年来，财务外包业务发展范畴更加广阔，财务外包对企业来说，减少经营成本、提高核心竞争力的作用日益显著，财务外包产业也已经有了一定的规模，并获得了政府及社会的广泛认可，由此进入高速成长期。就当前来说，企业的财务外包服务已经遍及各个行业的企业，成功为企业节约了经营成本，提高了盈利水平。但是同时，由于财务外包在我国起步较晚，发展时间不长，所以在一些细节上还存在着一些问题，因此，本文在对财务外包的内涵及其相关概念进行了简单阐述之后，又对企业财务外包的现状进行了深入分析，并以华普绩效管理咨询有限公司的财务外包为案例，提出了企业财务外包存在的主要问题，在此基础上针对当前财务外包的问题提出了改进对策，希望能够优化财务外包企业的内部运营体系，促进我国财务外包产业的发展。关键词：中小企业、财务外包、特点和优势1AbstractWith the continuous development of the socialist market economy, various enterprises have sprung up, which has greatly promoted the development of our socialist economy.
