新建超市总体规划与设计新建超市总体规划与设计摘 要通过对唐家湾站附近居民和学生的调查,认为在附近新建超市很有必要,依靠工业工程的设施规划与物流分析的理论基础,对选址的条件、因素进行深入研究。在选好地址后,又对超市内部的区域规划进行调整,主要是进行实地考察,因为还要注重理论联系实际的要求,实事求是。收集现有超市的人流量走向,重新自己设计符合顾客需求的区域布置。当人们来到超市是想买自己所需的商品,而繁杂多种的商品让顾客眼花缭乱,产生疲劳感,所以内部设施布置也是重中之重。不单要规划设计,还要对新建超市的成本进行汇总,计算出该超市的投资回收期在什么时候,并且对该项目进行可行性分析。本设计共分为五章:第一章前言部分介绍为什么要新建超市,新建超市必要在哪。将国内外现状进行分析和对比,讲诉本设计使用的方法。第二章由零售业过渡到大型超市的概念,讲诉大型超市面临的挑战,以及本设计应该解决的问题。第三章是对超市选址的问卷调查,用模糊综合评价法和重心法确定超市的位置,再进一步设计停车场的停车方式和超市内部设施布置。第四章是通过队友的成本汇总,将超市的回收投资期计算出来,对项目的经济评价指标进行计算,详尽运用已学的知识计算出项目的计算期内的净现值和内部收益率。第五章是总结部分。关键词:选址因素与条件;物流分析;布置与设计;投资General planning and design of new supermarketAbstractThrough the investigation of the residents and students near tangjiawan station, this design uniformed that it is necessary to build a new supermarket nearby.
