小熊电器有限公司存货管理研究摘 要随着经济的快速发展,企业间的竞争愈加激烈,对存货进行优化管理是促进企业发展最直接的策略。现今,消费结构的升级加速了小家电行业的增长,成为内驱动力,助推小家电的产品品质及服务水平朝着高质量方向发展,直接体现出人民群众对美好生活的需要。一个企业存货管理水平的高低与企业的经济效益密切相连。本文以小熊电器有限公司为例,通过结合企业历年来的财务资料和企业最近经营情况,发现小熊电器存在销售渠道单一、存货质量监控不到位、产品技术含量低的问题,并给出相应的措施:首先,在现有线上销售市场优势的基础上,完善线下营销网络,线上带动线下。其次,完善存货管理制度,建立人员培训标准最后,加大研发投入,提升产品的品质,提高品牌辨识度。关键词:存货;管理;存货周转率;小熊电器IResearch on Inventory Management of Bear Electric Company LimitedAbstractWith the rapid development of economy, the competition among enterprises is more and more intense.
