北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计智能自动培植系统运动机构设计与制作(小组题目:智能自动培植系统的研制)智能自动培植系统运动机构设计与制作摘 要随着我国国民生活水平的不断提高,盆栽培植逐渐成为了人们平日的一项休闲活动但很多人也因为平日工作繁忙,很难有充足时间和精力用于对盆栽植物的照料,而植物的生长则需综合考虑到温度、湿度、光照、土壤等条件。本设计主要从光照角度出发,根据不同种类植物对光照的需求强弱,设计出可针对不同植物的多样化智能培植系统。装置采用双层可转换结构,对需光性不同的植物加以区分,保证了光照最大程度上的利用。同时采用槽轮机构进行间歇定位,确保转换时到位的准确。每层的承载板采用下陷式结构对植物进行保护。并对驱动电机、轴承、键连接等重要零部件进行了选型与设计,最后对重要受力部件的强度进行仿真校核,验证了装置整体的安全性与可靠性。关键词:立体培植系统 光照需求 机械设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计AbstractWith the continuous improvement of people's living standard in China, potted cultivation has gradually become a leisure activity in daily life. But many people are too busy to devote enough time and energy to potted plants, which need to take into account temperature, humidity, light and soil. This design mainly from the light point of view, according to the different kinds of plants to the light demand strength, design can be aimed at different plants of the diversity of intelligent cultivation system. The device adopts a double layer convertible structure to distinguish plants with different light requirements, ensuring the maximum utilization of light.
