I摘 要在儿童的成长过程中,同伴关系是一个重要的人际关系,积极的同伴交往关系所带来的经验在成长过程中起着奠基的作用。良好的伙伴关系可以让儿童积累更多的交往经验,减少与他人发生冲突。通过问卷调查、观察等方式分析小学高年级同伴交往现状,发现儿童与同伴、父母以及师生之间的交往影响着同伴交往关系的发展。针对这些问题,首先,教师引导家长要改变教养关系,重视与孩子的沟通,营造良好的亲子关系。其次,教师加强与学生之间的交流,提高学生的交往能力,积极创造合作的机会,营造良好的师生关系,从而促进积极的同伴交往关系。关键词:小学高年级;同伴交往关系;培养策略IIAbstractIn the process of children's growth, peer relationship is an important interpersonal relationship.The experience of positive peer relationships plays a crucial part in development. Good peer relationship be able to help children gather more experience in interaction and reduce conflicts with others. Through questionnaire survey, observation and other methods to analyze the present situation of peer interaction in senior primary school, it is found that the interaction between children themselves and their peers, parents and sir and pupils affects the development of peer communication. In view of these problems, first of all, teachers instruct parents to convert the relationship between parenting, hold their attention to the interaction with youngsters, and create a good parent-child relationship.
