本科论文摘 要近年来，我国一直都在探索建设新型农村社区的道路上。我国在探索建设新型农村社区的过程中，不拘泥于统一的模式和标准，而是根据各地农村基础条件和文化习俗等存在差异的具体情况，积极探索符合各地农村实情的建设模式和方法，进行了各种不同的尝试。文章对目前为止国内外专家、学者在农村社区建设问题上的一些观点做法进行了归纳分析，并对社区、农村社区和新型农村社区等概念进行了界定和分析，以此作为研究基础，来分析临沂市陈村新型农村社区试点建设过程中存在的问题，从而对临沂市新型农村社区建设进行剖析。经过分析研究，对临沂市如何做好新型农村社区建设工作提出以下几点对策建议：正确认识新型农村社区建设中的各方面关系；培育管理人才，提高队伍素质；拓宽资金投入渠道，实现可持续资金投入；充分发挥村民在社区建设中的主体作用；加强组织建设，完善管理体制；强化农村产业支撑，带动农村经济发展。关键词：临沂市，新型农村社区建设，问题，对策本科论文AbstractIn recent years, China has been exploring the way to build new rural communities.
