I摘 要学校是施行素质教育的重要阵地，班级是学校进行教育教学的基本单位，也是学生健康成长、学习的重要环境。班级管理的工作状况，将直接影响着学生的身心能否健康、全面的发展。在前人研究的基础上，笔者以大田县 M 小学为例，主要采用问卷调查法和访谈法进行了调查研究，得出在小学班级管理中存在的一些问题，主要表现在班主任、学生、学校三个不同方面的问题。通过实地访谈及调查分析，建立在实际的基础上，寻找出关于这些问题现象产生的原因，并针对小学班级管理中存在的问题提出相应的解决对策。关键词:小学；班级管理；问题及对策 AbstractThe school is the important position to carry out the quality education, the class is the basic unit which the school carries on the education teaching, also is the student healthy growth, the study important environment. The working condition of class management will directly affect the students' physical and mental health and comprehensive development. Based on the previous research, the author takes Datian County M Primary School as an example, mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to carry on the investigation and research, obtains IIIsome problems the primary school class management, mainly manifests in the class teacher,the student, the school three different aspects question. Through field interviews and investigation and analysis,based on the actual basis, to find out the phenomenon of these problems causes, and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in primary school class management.
