跨栏起跑及攻第一栏技术教学的探究摘 要跨栏起跑及攻第一栏技术由起跑到第一栏和跨栏步两个部分组成。这两个部分是否顺利，直接决定跨栏全程是否有良好的节奏，以及最终能否取得优良成绩。由于跨栏起跑的特殊性，跨栏起跑技术与攻第一栏技术是密不可分的。通过对跨栏起跑及攻第一栏技术教学的探究，研究如何帮助学生掌握跨栏起跑及攻第一栏技术，消除学生的恐栏心理。将研究的成果运用到教学和训练当中，使学生能更好的快速掌握跨栏起跑及攻第一栏技术，为后续教学奠定良好基础，提高跨栏跑的成绩。【关键词】跨栏起跑；攻第一栏；教学方法Study on the technical teaching of hurdle race and the first column of attackAbstract Hurdle race and the technology in the first column of attack from the start to the first bar and the hurdle step consists of two parts.
