Research on the Characteristics of HumanResources Management of HaidilaoAbstractThe new catering company Haidilao has spread to major cities across the country, and has been loved by customers and won unanimous praise from the society. Its excellent human resource management system is an important factor for its success. Through interviews with the lobby managers of many Haidilao branches in Dongguan, we can understand the current status of Haidilao. At the same time, research and analysis of Haidilao's human resources strategic planning, employee recruitment and allocation, employee training and development, employee performance management, employee compensation management and employee labor relationship management. It pointed out that Haidilao has the crisis of training system of "mentoring"; lack of high-quality management talents; lack of performance appraisal system; lack of scientific management system. These four problems. Aiming at the current situation of the company's human resources management, it proposes targeted solutions: reforming the training mechanism for senior management personnel; combining the internal staff promotion system and open recruitment system; establishing a perfect performance evaluation system; and establishing a scientific and unified standard management system.
