企业招聘管理创新研究——以惠州市华南消防公司为例内 容 摘 要企业的发展壮大离不开一个好的招聘管理制度,尽管经过多年的发展和研究,在招聘方面出现了大量的方法和策略。但是,仍然有许多中小型企业在发展的过程中没有采取有效的招聘策略。陈旧的招聘策略将阻碍企业的发展,导致企业资源浪费、招聘结果不佳、人员不断流失,无法保留住相对应的人才,在企业的岗位上不断出现岗位空缺,原有的工作无法正常进行。招聘管理的策略使用不符合企业的发展需求,最终只会导致各种各样的损失,企业发展受阻。本文以惠州市华南消防公司为例,通过分析著名企业的招聘管理缺陷不足,以及该企业如何进行调整,进行分析然后得出相关结论。再根据现有的多种招聘管理模式以及方法,分析惠州市华南消防公司现状,发现并解析在招聘方面存在的问题。根据目前企业的实际情况提出相应的解决办法以做到招聘策略的创新和完善,最后在进行相关办法的可行性分析。文中较多使用案例分析法以及文献查阅法,确保文中所提方法具有科学性以及可行性。关键词:招聘管理;创新;小微型企业;改进策略PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIResearch on the innovation of enterprise recruitment management—— Based on Huananxiaofang CompanyAbstractA good recruitment management system is indispensable for the development and growth of enterprises, although after years of development and research, there are a lot of methods and strategies in recruitment.
