汽车弹簧选材及热处理工艺优化设计 摘 要: 汽车上常用的弹簧有气门弹簧和悬架弹簧,悬架弹簧可分为螺旋弹 簧、钢板弹簧和扭杆弹簧。汽车用弹簧 钢主要有悬架用弹簧钢和气门弹簧用弹 簧钢,弹簧钢是制造弹簧零件的最主要 材料,重型汽车弹簧用钢广泛使用中高碳低合金弹簧钢。 此外还研究了代替 52CrMnBA 钢用于重型汽车少片钢板弹簧的 50CrV 钢的热处理工艺。研究结果表明, 50CrV 钢板弹簧用 PAG 水溶性淬火介质淬火可明显提高淬透性和硬度均匀性; 弹簧总成的疲劳寿 命大于 12 万次,符合技术要求。道路试验表明,采用 50CrV 钢制造的重型汽车少片钢板弹簧性能 完全满足使用要求,且成本明显降低。 关键词: 钢板弹簧; PAG 水溶性淬火液; 50CrV 钢; 疲劳寿命Material Selection and Heat Treatment Process Optimum Design of Automotive SpringsAbstract: Valve spring and suspension spring are commonly used in automobiles. Suspension spring can be divided into coil spring, leaf spring and torsion bar spring. Spring steel for automobile mainly includes spring steel for suspension and valve spring. Spring steel is the main material for manufacturing spring parts. Spring steel for heavy automobile is widely used in medium-high carbon and low alloy spring steel. In addition, the heat treatment process of 50CrV steel instead of 52CrMnBA steel for heavy truck leaf springs is also studied. The results show that the hardenability and hardness uniformity of 50CrV leaf spring can be obviously improved by quenching with PAG water-soluble quenchant, and the fatigue life of spring assembly is more than 120,000 times, which meets the technical requirements.
