摘 要在企业的内外部筹集资金的策略、方法不能满足企业的要求，企业必须优化现有的融资策略，改善资金的筹措效率、减少资金筹措费用。在互联网快速发展、电子支付日益普及的今天，社会资本将会以更加有效，更有活力的方式融入到企业的融资活动中，优化企业的融资策略。这篇文章就是通过研究星光文化有限公司的融资策略并对其进行分析，提出优化方案，解决资金缺乏的困境。本文采用的研究方法是案例研究法和文献研究法。通过对星光文化有限公司的财务状况和筹集资金的方式进行分析，提出星光文化有限公司融资策略的优化方案。经研究得到，星光文化有限公司可以选择银行贷款、发行长短期债券、融资租赁、利用互联网社会资本这几种融资方式结合来融通资金，融资成本降低，使企业的资金占用趋于合理，资金盈利水平得到提高，资本结构得到优化，解决现金流控制差、权益融资比重大的问题。与前人的研究进行比较，都考虑了传统的融资方式，如：内部融资、银行借款、增发股票、发行债券等融资方式，但是本文还补充考虑了融资租赁、互联网社会资本这两种融资方式，对前人的研究成果有一定的突破。关键词：融资策略：资本结构：优化： IAbstractUnder the condition that the internal and external financing strategy and financing mode of the enterprise cannot meet the capital needs of the enterprise, the enterprise urgently needs to optimize the existing financing strategy to improve the financing efficiency and reduce the financing cost.
