摘要摘要:肉桂为樟科植物肉桂的干燥树皮,主要产自于我国广西地区,具有一定的药用价值和医用价值。随着我国食品产业的不断的发展,肉桂在食品加工生产中被广泛的应用,并取得了一定的应用的成果。但是截止到目前为止,国内外关于肉桂的功效的研究以及应用比较少,从而导致肉桂很难在食品加工生产过程中进行有效的应用,所以对于肉桂的功效的研究是至关重要的。本文介绍了肉桂的性质及散寒止痛等,并对其在食品添加剂,香精香料及日用化学品中的应用做了综述。关键词:肉桂;功效;性质;应用毕业论文(设计)报告纸AbstractAbstract : Cinnamon is the dried bark of cinnamomaceae, which is mainly produced in guangxi region of China. With the continuous development of China's food industry, cinnamon has been widely used in food processing and production. However, up to now, there have been few studies and applications on the efficacy of cinnamon at home and abroad, so it is difficult to effectively apply cinnamon in food processing and production. Therefore, the study on the efficacy of cinnamon is of vital importance.
