浅析家庭暴力的现状与对策 公共管理专业

摘 要家庭是社会的组成细胞，国家与家庭是共同体。家庭是每个人重要的生存环境。家庭暴力作为一种全球性的公共危害，存在于每个国家。家庭暴力是发生在家庭内部的一种暴力行为，正在破坏婚姻和家庭，侵犯妇女、儿童和老人等弱势群体的合法权益，对家庭和社会有害。家庭暴力不单单对每一位家庭成员的身心造成伤害和威胁，并且会严重破坏家庭的和谐与稳定。这违背了构建社会主义和谐社会的发展要求，引起了全社会的广泛关注。关键词：家庭暴力；婚姻法；预防制止惩治ABSTRACT The family is the constituent cell of the society, and the state and the family are the community. Family is an important living environment for everyone. As a global public hazard, domestic violence exists in every country. Domestic violence is a kind of violence within the family, which is destroying marriage and family, infringing the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups such as women, children and the elderly, and harmful to the family and society. Domestic violence not only causes harm and threat to the physical and mental health of every family member, but also seriously destroys the harmony and stability of the family.
