PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文全面二孩政策下高知女性职场困境研究——以北京理工大学珠海学院为例摘要我国未成年人口的减少、老龄化日趋严峻，人口的红利进一步消失，中国经济潜在的中高速增长率进一步下降。高知女性作为"全面二孩"计划生育政策的主要目标群体之一，自身的文化素质高，工作的环境和生活条件相对优越，具有相对成熟的计划生育条件。"高知女性"泛指具有学历知识和水平高的职业女性，但是高知女性的生养过程中对职业生涯带来的影响，形成他们的职场困境：是选择追求职位的晋升事业的成功还是选择回归家庭养儿育女享受家庭的天伦之乐，如何才能达到两者的平衡？因此本文以毕业于北京理工大学珠海学院的高知职业女性为研究的对象，通过对其相关的文献和资料进行了收集、整理、分析和整理归纳得出现阶段全面二孩计划生育政策对高知女性职场困境和职业生涯发展的影响。最后，总结高知女性现有的研究成果及其存在的不足及其需要提出具体的计划生育解决措施和方案。关键词：高知女性；二孩；职场困境；建议 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the decrease of the underage population and the increasingly severe aging of the population，the divdend of the population further disappears， and the potential medium-high growth rate of the Chinese economy further declines. As one of the main target groups of the "universal two-child" family planning policy ， highly educated women have high cultural quality ， relatively superior working environment and living conditions ， and relatively mature family planning conditions. High-educated women generally refer to middle-level professional women with high educational background and level.
