北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计珠海市某超市冷藏展示柜设计摘 要冷藏展示柜是一款满足当今经济社会发展需要的制冷冷藏装置，在易腐败的商品或食品的销售环节中运用地十分广泛，具有不可忽视的重要地位。因冷藏展示柜可在一定温度条件下具有保存易腐败的商品或食品、保证了商品或食品的质量的功能，且大大降低了商品或食品的损耗问题。所以，在各行各业中都起到一定的作用，例如超市内各类水果蔬菜、鲜肉、冰淇淋等保鲜问题、在医院内保存各类医疗用品、在航空运输中保存易腐烂的商品或食品等等。本毕业设计主要通过查找原始资料，进行冷藏展示柜的柜体结构选型，并且选择制冷机组的形式，之后进行热负荷等计算，选择合适的蒸发器、冷凝器等，最后选择节能途径，来设计一款能最大程度地保证食品质量、减少食品损耗的前提下，尽可能做到节约能源的冷藏展示柜，为消费者提供更高质量的保障和更好的商品或食品。关键词：冷藏展示柜；保鲜；柜体结构；制冷机组形式北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of refrigerated display cabinet for a supermarket in zhuhaiAbstractRefrigerated display cabinet is a refrigerated device to meet the needs of economic and social development.
