摘要优质的酒店企业文化是维系员工对工作的忠诚度的纽带,促使酒店与员工之间建立信任与忠诚关系。现如今,大多数的酒店企业都是片面的追求眼前的利益,往往对酒店的企业文化建设都不太重视。酒店企业文化建设中的问题和缺陷导致员工忠诚度降低,从而增加了员工的流失率。少部分对酒店的企业文化加以重视的企业,往往也只是重视在对客方面的文化,这样的文化片面强调如何待客,却忽略了员工的感受,降低了员工的归属感。员工的归属感越低,员工的忠诚度也就越低,相应的流失率就会越高。员工在企业找不到归属感,不可避免的会产生更换工作岗位的想法,这不利于企业的稳定发展。本文以福清市兰天大酒店企业文化对员工忠诚度的影响为研究背景,研究结果表明了酒店企业文化建设对员工忠诚度具有重要的影响力。关键词:酒店企业文化;员工忠诚度;归属感1Abstract The quality hotel enterprise culture is the link which maintains the staff's loyalty to the work, impels the hotel and the staff to establish the trust and the loyalty relationship. The problems and defects in the construction of hotel enterprise culture lead to the decrease of employee loyalty, thus increasing the turnover rate of staff.
