摘 要社区公共卫生服务作为社区工作的重要环节之一，可以为居民提供日常地预防、治疗等服务，减轻患者的治疗费用，促进居民的身体健康。然而随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进，社区公共卫生服务取得了显著成果，人均财政卫生支出费用不断提高，但由于居民生活质量的提高和生活方式的转变，居民对社区公共卫生服务的需求不断提高，因而一些深层次的问题也随之逐渐暴露出来，例如，社区公共卫生资金短缺，基础设施不完善，医患纠纷事件频发，双向转诊机制失效，多头管理现象严重，信息系统不健全和社区公共卫生服务人员的医疗技术水平较差等等。本文通过采用文献分析法、数据分析法和比较分析法等方法，针对河北省社区公共卫生服务现状、所面临的问题进行展开，学习和借鉴国外社区卫生服务的发展经验，并结合河北省的实际情况，从增加财政支出、扩宽筹资渠道、引入市场机制、完善法律法规、健全员工培训管理、建立绩效评价制度、加强卫生宣传等角度出发，提出了解决社区公共卫生服务问题的对策。关键词：河北省；社区；公共卫生服务 Abstract Community public health service as one of the important link of community work, can provide residents with daily to prevention, treatment, and other services, reduce the costs of treating patients, promote the residents health.
