论文题目 轿车离合器的设计 摘 要现在随着汽车业的不断发展，人们对汽车的功能性，安全性等方面的要求越来越高。在现在的轿车中，离合器是直接与发动机相连接的部件，离合器在汽车动力传动中有不可或缺的作用。轿车离合器的主要的作用是：传递动力和扭矩、分离和结合发动机与变速器之间的传动、减小变速器换挡时产生的噪音和振动，限制传动系所承受的最大转矩，避免过载损坏等多重功用。离合器性能的优越与否会直接影响到轿车的各项性能。离合器可以实现轿车平稳起步和换挡。由此可见，轿车离合器是一个非常重要的部分，所以我们有必要对轿车离合器进行深入的研究。本课题主要研究的是轿车离合器。首先查阅相关的资料，参考目前市场上已有的轿车离合器，然后从效率性，安全性，实用性等方面入手，根据满足轿车离合器的各项性能要求出发，从而找出最合适的设计方案。对轿车离合器的从动盘，压紧弹簧形式，压盘的驱动方式，离合器通风散热，扭转减震器和减震弹簧等方面来进行，保证满足本课题设计要求。然后根据设计结果，绘制了图纸，同时利用三维建模等计算机辅助设计软件进行辅助设计，并且撰写了说明书。关键词：轿车；离合器；分析；结构设计AbstractNow with the development of the automobile industry, people have higher requirements on the functionality, safety and others.
